Requirements

Responsibilities

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with the R&D team to create new and innovative food products.
  • Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to drive product development.

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze and improve existing food production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement new technologies and techniques to streamline manufacturing processes.

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
  • Conduct regular product testing, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay current with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure all products meet legal requirements.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to bring products from concept to market.
  • Provide technical support to various departments as needed.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and testing procedures.
  • Prepare and update technical documentation, including specifications and standard operating procedures.
Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
